Emergency Key Access Codes (EKA Code)  may be supplied to individual and trade customers on payment of a fee and provision of proof of authority to request this information on any individual car.

To provide the right details, we require

  • Requestors Name & Address
  • Contact Number
  • Model
  • The full chassis number
Proof of Ownership: Copy of V5 log Book and current insurance Documents (Do NOT send originals). These should be sent in with an application form (see below) and will NOT be returned.

All information is supplied with covering letter confirming that it is authorised by the Administrators of MG Rover Group in Liquidation.

The information we provide is only as good as the information in the original MG Rover Databases. MGR C&C Services accepts no liability however arising in respect of the issue of any Codes, Certificates or Vehicle Data and therefore are unable to refund any monies paid.
Basic Charge is £12.00 (€15.00) for EKA Code over phone. No V.A.T. is payable.
