The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via MG C&C Services Ltd. Placing an order will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you read this page before placing an order.
General
All orders placed via MGR C&C Services Ltd will be deemed a contract under UK law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.
By placing an order, you are confirming that you are the legitimate owner of the vehicle for which the code is to be issued. You are also affirming that any identification information provided during submission of this application form relates directly to you.
The information we provide comes from the original MG Rover Databases. MGR C&C Services cannotwarrant the data and therefore accepts no liability however arising in respect of the issue of any Codes supplied and therefore is unable to refund any monies paid.
Description of services
Upon supply of correct information by the user, MGR C&C Services will supply the original factory code for that chassis number concerned. No liability will be accepted for direct or consequential losses incurred where the unit has either previously been recoded, or where a unit has had previous incorrect data or has been replaced.
In the event that we are unable to confidently supply a code to fulfil any order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Where this is the case, a full refund will be made. No liability will be accepted for direct of consequential losses incurred as a result of order cancellation in such circumstances.
Delivery of Service
Under normal circumstances, all orders will be processed within seven (7) working days on receipt of the application form and clearance of payment. In some circumstances this may be extended. All orders will be confirmed in writing by copy of your application form and invoice to your home address.
Privacy
All information provided by the customer is deemed as confidential. No information provided will be forwarded to any third party.
Authorisation
Our authorisation to provide this material comes from MG Rover Group Limited in Liquidation. The relevant Licensing Authorities are able to issue all formal paperwork to MGR C&C Services Ltd for their use. To see the Authorisation Letter click here
